I generally am very satisfied with the service provided. My last visit on Feb4th, I was disappointed that I had to pay 140$ for an oil change. I had previously asked about my ECP and was told I was good until Nov. 2026. It had, however expired the day before my last visit. The misinformation I was given led to an unnecessary charge.
I was very pleased that they were able to accomodate my short turnaround for delivery.
I don't need AWD, I have a 2016 Toyota Camry with four X-Ice radial snow tires. The snow tires were purchased and mounted at NBT. Our trips up and down Highway 11 this winter have been uneventful.
