3 stars is because you normally have people at the pedestals in the drive through section where you drop your vehicle off. Because they were not there, it created a bottle neck and a long line for a long wait to register your vehicle. What happened to these people?

Staff was respectful, Easy to work with. Found what i needed, Got everything financed and was out the door within an hour. Vehicle arrived within 3 weeks of ordering it in, Wanted something fuel efficient so had to wait for it to be brought to north bay. Staff was quick at showing me what i needed to know about the vehicle, Helped me setup what i needed on phone & had me on my way fairly quickly. Overall; Good service, Clean building & Friendly staff.
