I was having problems with my GPS, asked Fred, if he could come out and see if I did something wrong with my GPS. He told me I would have to bring it in the get a diagnosis. It would have cost me 160, to tell me there was a problem. I booked for our tire change, and Keith was outstanding. Very professional. Next time I go in, I will not deal with Fred. Great experience buying a vehicle from this dealership. From phone calls to as soon as you walk in the doors, you’re greeted with friendly customer service. No hassle test drives, even got me the truck I wanted when it wasn’t on their lot!
Good staff, nice facilities, easy to make an appointment. Disappointed that I booked to have work done including a recall only to be told after 4 hours that the parts for the recall work would have to be ordered which means another appointment.
