I was having issues with another dealership in Ottawa. On a whim I stopped into the North Bay dealership for a second opinion. Brent Ogletree took the time to work with me to understand my needs and find the vehicle I wanted and needed. He kept me in the loop during the wait on delivery and answered all my questions (mostly stupid ones lol) I am very impressed with Brent and North Bay Toyota, and if I didn’t live so far away, would have all of my regular maintenance done at that location. My experience was excellent. The car was serviced and inspected expeditiously. The report I was provided was clear and concise. My ride home and back to pick up my car was handled by a very pleasant individual. Top notch work Toyota! Keep it up.
