It was a relatively quick experience, it would be nice if Toyota were better able to provide delivery dates for vehicles not currently on the lot or expected in the next factory shipment. The use of an electronic transfer of funds should also be reviewed as the purchaser incurs an additional expense, and some people may not be comfortable with electronic transfers of large funds amounts. Brent provided good service over our several trips to the dealership
I purchased my vehicle at this dealership a little over 3 years ago. My visit today was to purchase and install new tires. I am satisfied with the services performed on my vehicle. Excellent service even at the busiest time of year! Krissi knew I had to go back to work and gave me the option to skip the wash which saved me time and I am truly grateful.

My experience with Mike and Susie was excellent. They made me feel important and like they knew me like a friend. Mike kept me in the loop during the wait of the delivery and answered all my questions and concerns.
