Every call to the staff was answered quickly and my questions were all resolved with no problems. Danny Perotto was able to arrange the arrival of the new vehicle ordered efficiently. They took me in earlier than the scheduled appointment, washed the car, dropped me off at home, right away, picked me up within 1.5 hours, my shuttle driver Mike was phenomenal...service desk staff were polite and helpful...amazing all around!

My wife and I bring both of our vehicles to North Bay Toyota. I bought my Tundra (used) but new to me here. The experience was excellent and any little bugs were addressed immediately. The service was amazing. They actually listened to me and did not make me feel dumb describing a noise my car was making. They corrected a problem and reassured me my car was safe. If this was not the issue and the noise came back I was encouraged to bring my car back and they would go even deeper looking for the noise. Amazing people and I will always return to the North Bay dealership for service. Thank you
