Worst buying experience ever Tried to buy a car from Windsor Nissan.i could not get a square answer on anything from the sales staff.i put an offer in on a car.no reply.saleman said they had to talk to sale manager.but didn't respond.asked about recalls .No response.i liked the car.my calls.my offer.not a response.ive bought 8 cars in my life.never been treated so sadly.wait a go Nissan.HELLO Toyota.tx for wasting my time

Shady Business Practices I would give it 0 stars, if that was possible. Do yourself a service and avoid this dealership, as they are dishonest and a bunch of crooks. After they contacted me many times trying to convince me to trade in my old car bought from them 3 years ago, they didn't honor their own contract and tried to change it after all papers were signed. Very disappointed by Rick, who seems like a nice guy at the beginning.

Rude and dishonest. I was in Windsor for the week and my battery died for my 1990 Nissan 300zx so I called Nissan of Windsor to have a new battery installed I mentioned that I needed a shuttle to an appointment as soon as I got there. when I arrived everything went smoothly my car dropped off the shuttle took me to my appointment.
