Power window fix Brought car in out of warranty for a power window that wouldn't go up , and they fixed it in no time and without out any additional parts. Only cost $116/hr labour .
Day long service My car needed a new seat frame and the part was ordered for me (no charge under warranty). Setting up an appointment was nothing, easy as pie. I was reminded the day before that I had a service appointment. Drop off super simple, was given a car to use for the day since mine would be in all day which was a HUGE help. All work completed with no issue, and everyone was very professional and friendly. Treated like family, as usual.
Warranty work and service. Went it for oil change and tire rotation, they were able to also perform the warranty work that had been requested in the same amount of time. I only waited an hour, had a fresh coffee and some wonderful conversation! Backup camera was installed and I was on my way. They offered a drop off but I decided to wait.
Routine service Easy to make the appointment, called one day and got in the very next. I was greeted with friendly faces as usual and dropping the car off was a breeze. Waited while the car was worked on (Routine service) and when it was done, they washed it and I was on my way. Great coffee as usual.
Great Service As usual, the service staff greeted me with a great smile. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Car went in and was taken immediately, then returned promptly, everything was explained. They also checked for recalls and got in me with my appointment on the same day. Seems to be a nice place to do business.
First paid service I am always greeting in the most professional and friendly demeanor. The staff is knowledgeable and always efficient. I had to reschedule after I arrived, for which they did apologize. The service was done the next day at a very quick pace, my invoice was presented and explained. Gord is consistently smiling, which is wonderful. Great people, conversation and coffee.. One thing though, they do charge $4.95 just to top up the washer fluid. Warranty work Was greeting in an exceptionally friendly manner, everyone remained very professional yet approachable. I was told the car would need to stay with them over the weekend, being an extenuating circumstance, I was offer a loaner vehicle, which was immensely appreciated. I was called to be given an update of the current status and was told the car would need to stay and extra day. pickup was very easy and the entire experience a breeze. Good work.
