First time in service Went back for warranty work. I was greeted by an exceptionally friendly person, named Dot. She had more than her fair share of patience, and then took the vehicle to have the issues dealt with. First Nissan This was my very first Nissan and the Sales Consultant, Christen, took the time to allow me to ask as many questions as I liked. She had most of the answers and anything that needed more information, she got without hesitation. They worked with me in my preferences and got me a very good interest rate. Horrible customer support. Marginal product knowledge. After the agreed price and documents , they never kare for you . You just jump from customer to sucker. Let this be a worning to you all.

The worst experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I will never set foot on their property again. I will drive to Chatham for service. vehicle upon pickup did not even have a full tank of gas.
Renee, the general manager thinks it is okay to agree a lease deal and then when the car you ordered comes in within 5 weeks they inform you the lease agreement has changed and now it’s more money. Crooks and dishonesty. Classic. These people will get their Karma. Stay well away from these cowboys.

Terrible service and lack of commitment to the customer. Signed a deal with Cullen, the sales rep and after waiting five weeks for a Kia is he called me to say the payment has now gone up from the original deal we signed. I contacted Renee, the general manager who was totally useless told me they can’t do anything. I informed ever garage in the area and they were disgusted. Treating customers lie this I hope you go out of business.
On February 14, 2022 I brought my 2018 Nissan Murano in for an Oil Change and Tire rotation as my husband and myself were leaving to go on a road trip. I came home from the appointment and did some running around in preparation. We left Thursday the 17th, there was a storm coming and my husband wanted to get in front of it. Brought in my car because it was making a squeeking noise. Service advisor told me the squeek was being caused by by the control arm and ball joint and it needed replacing. She also said my back brakes were worn, but it was the control arm which was causing the squeeking. I then specifically asked again that it was in fact the control arm issue which was causing the noise and the service advisor confirmed this to be the case.
