Snow tire swap Brian Moeira is the best. He consistently provides excellent service and advice. The shuttle service is outstanding. Walden was courteous and prompt for pick up.

Mississauga Toyota understands service. Most other Dealerships have a service department that at best are a post after sales necessity. From booking an appointment, to checking in, to the well stocked tea or coffee station - I've witnessed several individuals just drive in for the coffee, some taxi drivers, some delivery guys :-) on the just one visit I was there for an oil change - WiFi, mobile device charging stations, comfy arm chairs, barstools and newspapers and magazines. Bryan was very helpful, as he always is. He provides excellent service and advice. Unfortunately they had booked in too many people for tire changeover so a half hour job took almost three hours. Trying to provide service to too many was not helpful. The snowstorm caused this panic, but I had made my appointment two weeks prior, so that should have taken precedence over last minute add ons. The shuttle, driven by Okey, was doing its best, but he also had too many customers. He is a great driver, put in a difficult situation.

Dec. 9 6 month maintenance check/winter tire installation The dealership was really busy - understandably so - and I was told it would take 1 -1/2 to 2 hours.. Took the shuttle to Sherway and spent a few hours there. All in all I have always been happy with Mississauga Toyota and have been going there for perhaps the 10-15 years. They tell you the cost up front and give you an estimate of how long it will take. I've waited a lot longer at Meadowvale Toyota.

Bought and Serviced my RAV4 here This is one of the only few Toyota dealer who is willing to reply and quote the price by email. It saved me a lot of time. The service appointment can be made online also. It's very convenient. Regarding to the service, I dropped my car there in the morning and used their shuttle service to go to work. A couple of hours later I took their shuttle again to pick up my car. It is time-saving.

Excellent service. Comfortable service lounge. The wait was not too long so it gave me time to browse the cars in the showroom. This dealership was recommended to me by family and I would recommend going there to others.

Always friendly and great customer lounge Everyone's always super friendly and helpful here. I also really appreciate the waiting lounge. Great to have a place to work while you wait, with outlets and pretty good wifi too!
