Wonderful team to work with I purchased my Toyota at this dealership as well as an extended warranty package back in April with two service appointments so far. It's been great working with them on both sides. Jessica D'Alleva and the service department are great at communicating with customers and they give pretty accurate estimates of how long a service will take (give or take 10 minutes). Excellent Family Owned Dealership This is a Toyota dealership with a difference. The staff are always trying to do the best they can to serve their customers, whether it be sales or service. I first visited this dealership in November, 1987, and have not had a reason to use another dealership since then. I particularly give top marks to the service department. They make it easy My father trusts this place, and I trust his judgement, so I also trust this place. I bought my car here, and I plan to use this car for decades. Their customer service is fantastic. I am bad with appointments but they still help me make it work. I don’t know a thing about cars, so it’s nice to be able to just leave it to the experts. Always honest and reasonable When booking it takes several days for appointment availability but then again, if they are that busy, they must be good!! Having said this, they did take me right away not long ago to fix a slow leak in my one of my tires. In and out in 30 minutes.
