I recently had my RAV4 in for a seasonal tire change and service. Very welcoming staff, efficient service, and nice coffee/waiting area. My favourite Toyota dealership!

Car serviced very quickly. Staff helpful and accommodating. We always have our car serviced here; we bought it here too. Normally I know that for regular maintenance dealerships can be more expensive, but for routine things like synthetic oil change, they really are not. We are seniors on a fixed budget, and are usually granted some kind of discount as well, which really helps. Took my 2019 Highlander in for a remote starter and winter tires(just purchased through Miss Toyota). Narinder was amazing in arranging for the tires and scheduling the install. Met with Jessica on the day of the service/install and she was really helpful. She was quite understanding when I was 20 mins late as I know it can have a domino effect for others scheduled. Jessica kept me informed through the day and connected to confirm the car was finally done. Thank you for looking after your clients!!

Amazing all-around Dealership Family owned and operated and it shows! Do all my leases and regular scheduled service with Mississauga, even though I live in mid-Toronto. Just got brand new winter tires, easy to deal with and a great price. The service waiting area is great; comfy quiet spots to plug in my laptop and get some work done while I wait.

Busy time for tires We needed new all season tires as we didn't drive when snowy, and received a quotation from Jessica and Jose with 3 choices where the manufacturer offered a rebate. The tires were ordered and an appointment set up, but then Toronto had the snowstorm and everyone wanted winter tires, so the service department was jammed! Too long a wait for service needed Car was brought in at i:p.m.a scheduled, for an oil change, and battery check.on Dec. 3rd. i expected to wait for a reasonable time, but did not get the car back till nearly 4:30!! Several customers came in after me, and were gone well before me. My car was left till the last it seems, and the service needed was noted at time appointment was made. It was disappointing as past service has been good.
