Went to other toyota dealership but their sales representatives were too pushy just to get a done deal. Toyota Mcphillips made me buy my new Rav4 Trail without any problem. Thank you to Maureen for helping me buying my new car! Very accomodating and multitasker. Really appreciate her help.

Awesome experience buying our family car, the 2020 TOYOTA 4RUNNER from McPhillips Toyota. It only took overnight for the entire process. We are enjoying the car now. I am planning to buy another family truck, a 2021 Tundra, and I will definitely go to Edward Sapnu again because he promised to give me another awesome deal. Thank you McPhillips Toyota!

A positive experience ED Sapnu was very knowledgeable and helpful at every step of the way - a pleasure to work with. He was very patient in answering my concerns, and thorough in his explanations. I was especially impressed with the way he took us through setting up Apple Play and the use of the screen for so many different purposes. A great experience buying my first car. Our lease manager Ed was knowledgeable of the cars and their deals. We were very satisfied with the car he offered. We did not experience any problems getting the car. In addition, the staff were also very nice.

Took take of my needs Carter Hanke took me through the options and made the decision easy. When he was busy Paul Bowes helped me with the first test drive. Carter found what I wanted a few provinces over and got it in for me. Kelly Carter helped with (did) the paperwork to make it easy and Ryan James took the time to get acquainted as well. I'll be going there for service and would buy there again.
