Exemplary service! This is our second Toyota vehicle but our very first experience with McPhillips Toyota. Staff are warm, friendly and professional. Tim was honest and straightforward. He made sure that we are completely satisfied with the vehicle with no pressure to purchase. He was remarkably knowledgeable and very helpful. All our expectations was met. Came in on a Saturday and drove home my new vehicle on Monday. Carter greeted my family as soon as we entered the dealership. I told him what i wanted, and he got it for me. Poor customer service and communication Carter is a friendly salesperson, but displayed a lack of knowledge of the vehicle he was showing, including the trailer hitch, which he stated would only support a bike-hitch trailer. After purchase and having a third-party inspection, he was incorrect. After visually inspecting our vehicle on pick-up day there was damage above the front wheel, which was not present at initial viewing, and on the protective "stone-chip" film.
