Thank you Carter for all your guidance,! ! Cruise control ohhh...wow!!! Drove out to Gimli. Smooth ride and oh so quiet! Mirror alerts amber and red work great when cars pass. Bought my first Hybrid Rav4 2026 from Emma at McPhillips Toyota. This vehicle is absolutely amazing for fuel economy. The tag says 38 mpg but combined I'm getting somewhere from 40 to 50 mpg depending on my mood. Excellent vehicle, wonderful and helpful staff and with absolutely no regrets moving from Chevy into a Toyota.
We knew that we wanted a replacement for our beloved 2011 RAV4. Carter helped us to order what we wanted with no 'upselling' pressure. He has looked after of needs from the initial order through to the progress through the Toyota production process and the excitement of final delivery. We have called upon him when we haven't fully understood the workings of the vehicle and he has cheerfully guided us. Very pleasant experience at the McPhillips Toyota with all staff there. Especially with Mack, our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles, even with the one that we ended up purchasing was a Honda. Very committed to me as the customer even after the sale was made and I had forgotten items in the old vehicle. Also figuring out diligently questions I’ve asked on the new vehicle.
Tim Mallari is easy to deal with.. he does not do hard selling.. he listens to my needs and giving me an open option.. i had to suprise my wife with a new car so i traded my 2018 corolla with 2021 Rav4 Xle.
Friendly and professional staffs were very helpful. It was my second time around purchasing vehicle from Mcphillips Toyota and I would go back there in the future.
