I will never purchase another vehicle from McDonald Nissan in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and I strongly advise others not to either. Three weeks ago, I purchased a GMC Sierra Denali. Within days, I noticed the brakes were squeaking and clearly in need of new brake pads, and the key fob was falling apart and needed replacement. Both, myself and my son bought cars on 4-15-25. They took forever to send in the registration paperwork in to DMV. My son wasn't so lucky. Here it is 9-9-25, and they still haven't submitted the registration or title paperwork in to DMV or the credit union Canvas. We keep getting one excuse after another, and there is no communication or accountability.
