Was a positive experience. Never felt pressured during negotiations and when I explained why wasn’t ready to buy they acknowledged my concerns and let it be. At the end of the day my wife and I came to the conclusion what they offered was a good deal and when we would have a hard time beating it. When we called back the sales and finance team answered all the questions I had and went through extended warranty options without pressure. One of the best sellers experiences buying a car I’ve ever had.
Travis was absolutely amazing to work with. He was super helpful, courteous, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He was never pushy and made everything feel comfortable and fair. Travis was always available to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood every step. Overall, it was an out-of-this-world experience with truly fair dealing.
