I flew in from Nevada to buy a used truck here. The sales people couldn't have been nicer. Email communication before I arrived were great. The truck was as described. No issue with the truck on the 18 hour drive home. The paperwork/finance guy was great. He was on any issue with the paperwork.
Alex and Gerardo were great to work with. They kept me informed during the whole process and were very professional, kind and personable. The whole process took much less time than I expected, I attribute that to the great McDonald team. Jim in finance closed out the process with the same professionalism and kindness.
