This is our second time to purchase our car here. Terry is the sales representative and his professionalism and patience are very impressive. He is really a great salesman who stand in our shoes and provides us excellent service there. We are very grateful and we are truly happy for our car choice!

Just wanted to say Kevin Ravindran an assistant service manager is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He always ensures I am kept up to date on all matters regarding my vehicle. He Redondo to my inquiries even on his days off from the dealership. He goes out of his way to always greet me at the dealership, even when I am dealing with someone else. He follows up to ensure everything is good regarding any work I had done. He truly is the epitome of what customer service should be.
This dealer is Excellent in service and price as well. I have always used their service for my 2021 Tundra.

Wonderful service department. Was out of town and power window on 2022 failed. Toyota dealership elsewhere told me could not be repaired and I would need to drive with window half way up for weeks as part was back order. This truely wonderful service department was able to do repair on my new car without having to replace part. They know their cars and I am glad all 7 of my vehicles have been purchased from that location. We have recently upgraded to an suv with toyoto. Customer service is really good. We worked with Mr. Steve Chai to finalize the current car and he has been wonderful in communicating about any updates, helpful and polite. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience.
