Today Friday Dec. 06, 2024 - Markville Toyota saved us and helped us out so much and special thank you goes out to Sumi, Felix and Lydia for quick action and repaired our flat tire at the last minute. We were so worried and we needed the car for my wife to drive to school and work. Thank you most truly and they were fast. I am very much impressed and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Fast and accurate service. Saturdays is expected rush and busy, After Roger Lam reviewed the situation, he committed the change engine oil service within an hour including car wash.

The repair charge for brake noise problem is much more than my expectation. After the Assistant Service Manager, Roger Lam's explanation: both front strut and end links, brakes system has to be replaced. It is normal.in my case of high mileage. I also feel it is reasonable and appreciate his service.

Toni Chan is possibly the best sales person for the Toyota brand. We needed an asap replacement having lost our beloved car to a careless driver. He somehow managed to find a very suitable replacement, delivered it for testing and after purchasing IN PERSON, all within 5 business days! Keep in mind the paperwork he had to do behind the scenes to complete the sale! You simply can't find such level of customer care and professionalism these days or yesteryear. Very happy with Markville and Toni.
