The assistant manager, Roger Lam can estimate an accurate proccess time, and also friendly to explain/ descibe me the whole process of their operation from making appointment, to garage technician work. I am still thinking about the wonderful level of service I received a little more than a month ago. The service department was able to take my vehicle in earlier than our appointment. It was a routine service with some requested add on service. Once the initial assessment was made; suggestions were offered and the suggested services were explained as well as why they could be of benefit.
