Terrible customer service, Vehicle damaged on delivery Tried to communicate with management and service department through email, chat and phone and still no return call. Also, my vehicle was delivered to me damaged and they did not take fault for it. Bumper was cracked, muffler was bent and the rim was all scuffed. Infiniti is a great brand, this dealership taints their name unfortunately take your business elsewhere, I know I will be.

Terrible & Horrible I bought a brand new QX80, after we went through all the paper works, they showed us the “brand new” car. The so called “brand new” car has so many serious and big scratches all over its body. They said they will fix it. After few hours they said it’s done, so I went to check, there are still so many scratches on the body of that “brand new” car. Again they said they will fix it. QX50 Lease gone wrong - never again!!!!!!!!!!! After seeing some new photos of the new & recently released Infinti QX50 2019, I emailed Infinti Brampton and Markham. I visited Brampton and they gave me some rough numbers on a 4 year lease. A day later, Colin from Infinti Markham reached out to me and asked me if I was still interested in the QX50. Purchased a vechile After we purchased the car we weren't pleased with them because they didn't clean the car and presented it well. For the price and the type of dealership we expected more.

I sure did not have a good experience here. Yes they have new management and I should have put a deposit down for a sale but the car had too many issues and I only wanted one issue to be sorted before I paid for it. It's your decision and experience but mine was certainly not favourable.

Used to be good I have come here for 3 years. After the ownership change a year ago, all service personnel have left. They were the reason I came here. You did not feel like you were being scammed into unnecessary repairs. It now feels shady and unprofessional. I need to find a new place.
Terrible after sales service Where to start, terrible experience from start to finish but had to stay the course due to the specific vehicle I needed. Numbers were incorrect, finance paperwork a mess, after sales service non-existent. Reel you in until signature and then don't care once you've bought. Shame as I was expecting a higher level of service and integrity from a Infiniti store.
