My late husband and I have been existing customers at this dealership over the last few years and today when I went in to buy one of their high end vehicles they refused to take my busy because I didn’t live within their jurisdiction. I spoke with Mike, one of the managers, and was very disappointed in the way he dealt with me. They have lost my business!
I have given this dealership two opportunities to work with me. The first time I went looking for a car, the sales agent Sandra didn’t seem to care and didn’t even respond to my emails. I complained to the manager Michael and he chose another agent to work with us Nikki. She was very arrogant, cold and unfriendly. She didn’t even try to provide satisfactory customer care. Call back with no respect from answering service I called Lexus to find a price on a part of my vehicle before making a claim to my insurance company.When I asked to talk to an associate from service department I was put on hold. Terrible customer service We were disgusted by the poor customer service. For over a year we were getting the run around by staff and management! Unreturned phone calls, lies, etc! Ultimately they did not stand behind their product and did not fix the problem. Even at the management and owner level of this company the service was awful and they made it very clear that they are only interested in taking your money and not in maintaining relationships. They lost my driver's lisence!!!!! The manager never even contacted me after the incident I asked for him at reception and he never came, the receptionist was awful too! This was May 15 2017, the only thing they wanted to know after this was if I was still going to lease the car!!!!!
Horrible customer service and extremely rude manager. During our visit the manager stated "if you are not willing to pay this much GET OUT" in an extremely disrespectful tone. In addition, he repededly cut in while we were trying to reason with him and continued to disrespect us. Thankfully Erin mills Lexus offered us the price we requested and allowed for a fantastic car buying experience. Would not recommend coming to Oakville unless you want to get verbally abused by an inconsiderate human.
Steve Bryant appears to be a nice person upon first impressions. He turned out to be deceitful and an all around bad salesman. He promises certain sales numbers, then says he is unable to sell for what was previously promised. He constantly referred me to the online testimonials on the lexus of Oakville website, which are either staged or hand picked, as they are very inaccurate. I would never deal with this dealership again after dealing with Steve Bryant.
This dealership does not know what customer satisfaction is. They misordered a vehicle for me and inspite of that their attutide was just not acceptable.
