This dealership and it’s managers are the real deal. My mother and I came in to look at a few vehicles and we eventually bought a used RX450h. We needed a quick delivery due to my relocation across the country and they made it happen. There was a miscommunication about a remote start feature that we thought the vehicle had and it turns out it didn’t. Great Experience My wife and I purchased a 2020 RX 350 and found the experience to be great. The showroom was impressive and the salesperson Marina Soare was fantastic. She was very knowledgable and provided quick response time to any inquiries. Marina and Mike Mchaffy (Manager) were great to deal with. I would highly recommend the Dealership and Marina to anyone looking for a Lexus.

Lexus of Oakville is the cream of the crop of all dealership when it comes to customer service. I dealt with several car dealers before but not as great as Oakville of Lexus. I previously owned another RX 350 from another dealer before but their service was way below average compared to Lexus of Oakville.
Purchase of a new Lexus Yesterday I visited Lexus of Oakville to have a look at what their cars were all about. The sales guy that helped me was Blair, and he was great. Blair was a very patient person who answered all my questions and presented all the options in a sensible format. I must have sent him to the back lot to check on availability and test drives 4 or 5 times. In a nutshell he has a great attitude, very friendly and no pressure.
