Our visit to Lexus of London today was impressive to say the least. From the moment we were greeted by the friendly receptionist, met Lisa our salesperson to meeting Steph, the sales manager….we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. We cannot say enough about Lisa and the comfort level we feel with our dealings with her. We would highly recommend dealing with Lisa and Lexus of London.

Showroom was bright , inviting, clean and active . There seemed to be lots of personal helping everyone with no wait time . Jillian Cook is outstanding. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. There wasn’t one question she couldn’t answer . Both my husband and myself loved her smile and lovely personality. She was always an available for us . From the start she made me feel very comfortable in all my questions and was who I first dealt with in August 2023. At that time we test drove the 2 models that I was considering.
