I RECIEVE VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM MR PETER HE HELPED ME TO GET MY CAR SERVICE DONE QUICK AND EVEN GOT ME A COFFEE
I had my RX350 serviced, and as usual the experience, was to notch. My service advisor, Heather, was very knowledgeable and explained the service, I was getting done. She said it would take 90 minutes, but came looking for me at 5 minutes, that my vehicle was ready. I always have a great experience with Lexus of London.
We highly recommend Lexus of London. The professionalism of their staff and their no pressure sales attitude made buying a car a pleasant experience. Our sales person (Lisa Ali) was a true joy to deal with. She was very polite & professional and treated us like family. She worked extra hard to find the right vehicle that best suited our needs. This dealership is one of the most organized and professionally operated car dealerships I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of buying cars. Jillian is extremely knowledgeable of the products and cant do enough for you to make the experience enjoyable. She is always available to help via phone, text or email. I used to get a little uptight visiting a dealership in the past, but not now.
My vehicle buying experience has been 5 star from start to finish. It was time for me to consider replacing my 10 year old Mazda, even though it had been trouble free and reliable. Exceptional experience with Peter Engelmanas. My car was towed in over the weekend. Peter called me first thing Monday morning to go over what was wrong with the car. He assured me it would be looked after in a timely fashion. My problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly and I was back on the road that morning. Thank you Peter for all your help!
