I had my 2022 Lexus NX 450h+ in for a safety service on Tuesday August 20, 2024. It was a last minute call to see if they could accommodate me when I was going to be in London for another purpose. They accommodated me and as I have experienced before the service, professional individuals met my expectation. Friendly, timely service and post review of my vehicles condition.. I also asked for a quote on four new all weather tires and that was provided in a written form installed and balanced.
Larry is a wonderful agent. He is super patient and considerate, always responding quickly to my questions and needs.

We dealt with Lisa Ali, who throughout was friendly, knowledgeable, business savvy, and in all a pleasure to deal with. I see from a previous rating that Lisa was welcoming to a pet dog, ad that was certainly the case for us. When we picked up the car, it was spotless, and Sam the setup "car person" patiently showed us the ropes. The concierge, Maia, made things as easy for us as possible, it was a great introduction to a lovely car.
