Recently, we were involved in an accident with our Lexus. Unfortunately, the car was written off. Romeo was there for us, expressing concern, providing advice, and attending to our immediate needs. Four days later, our other older Lexus had an unexpected starter malfunction. Again, Romeo rose to the occasion, meeting the tow truck driver, analyzing the issue and providing us with affordable advice on repairs. I just bought my 2024 Lexus RX350H from Lexus of London and do not regret picking them up despite the fact that I live 220 km away. The best part was the communication experience with Jillian, who was knowledgeable, very professional and always available to answer my questions. And the best part, great price! The process was smooth and delivery of vehicle excellent. I will definitely recommend them!
