Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and an excellent atmosphere overall. Gentrit Raka was excellent in answering all our questions and handled our test drive very professionally and courteously. The back and forth dialogue during the negotiation stage was handled well but I, for one, do not enjoy the process - would prefer a this is the best we can do price without the back and forth - getting to old for that. Showroom and guest services were also excellent.
Romeo stands out for his exceptional customer service and deep vehicle knowledge. His team, especially Dale Craig, consistently goes above and beyond, making every visit a great experience. Thanks to them, my car always runs perfectly. Highly recommend! 🚗🌟
