Great experience for me. Lisa was knowledgable about the vehicle I was looking for. Although I’m not quite ready to buy yet, once I am I’ll be back to see her!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Lexus of London. I met with Lisa to plan a test drive and to help figure out what I was looking for. She made sure to keep me updated on inventory if anything I was interested in came along. I eventually made the decision to purchase a new Lexus and with the help of Lisa I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. Wait time was quick, my vehicle was ready within 2 weeks.

It was a pleasure to work with Jillian. From our initial meeting, she was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She had the car ready for a test drive on our first visit, and explained everything I needed to know prior to driving off the lot. There was no high pressure sales strategies. Excellent follow up to my emails and phone messages. When the sale was complete, the finishing touch was red roses with a beautiful handwritten note and a warm hug.
