I purchased a used Lexus is300 in St. Catharines and didn’t receive a tutorial in the use of settings or even what all could be controlled on my screen. Shanna explained and demonstrated and solved issues I was having with locks, text messages, calls, and many other things. She’s very tech savvy and there was nothing she couldn’t answer or figure out. Grateful to her for the demo and all of her help and time. She was so knowledgable! Thanks Shanna!!
After finding compatible dealership options that were unsatisfying, I found Gent Raka at the Lexus of London Dealership. I am in my mid-30s with my spouse and we do not spend much time trying to look affluent but Lexus was on my list of cars we'd like to own. We were treated with a welcoming and warm demeanour, negotiations were fair and the after-deal treatment has been nothing short of stellar. So far I am fully enjoying my Lexus.
Excellent sales representative. Knows her product . Followed up on a regular basis. Extremely helpful and courteous in my search for a certified new vehicle. I would certainly recommend Jillian Cook to friends and family.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Lisa at Lexus of London, and I am just as happy the second time around as I was the first. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Although there was a slight hiccup with the pricing, Lisa and her manager went above and beyond to remedy the issue immediately. At the end of the day I left the dealership more than satisfied with what they worked out for me. Thanks for going the extra mile for me, I look forward to saying hello during my service visits.
This is the third Lexus that I have purchased from this dealership. They have always being courteous and responsive while also providing me with the best pricing in south western Ontario. I dealt with Gentrit Raka, who was excellent. I will be sure to continue to deal with Lexus of London in any future vehicle searches I make.
