Shanna is always friendly with a great smile. She is very knowledgeable about Lexus products and issues that cause us a headache.
We always enjoy dealing with Jillian Cook. She is knowledgeable, professional as well as personable. She will take the time to make sure we are completely satisfied. Jillian always greets us with a smile, it’s a pleasure spending the time with her.
The service person I dealt with was Shaunna Mcquarrie, she went above and beyond what I expect for good service. She was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Rick was a very patient man . I ask a lot of question and I am someone who will take the reins and tell him exactly what I want , he was very open to my requests. January 17th, 2025 I purchased a 2023 Lexus from Lexus of London, My sales rep was Steve MacIsaac and the entire experience was phenomenal. Steve knew exactly the car I was looking for and made it his priority to find the right vehicle for me. Steve was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and great to deal with.
