We have been dealing with Lexus since 2004, have fully serviced all 7 vehicles we've purchased new from them, service took a little dip in 2016 in service, but improved after moving 1 out of service, came back great till 2022 when it took another little dip in personal department, but have come back with a well running overall crew, keep up the great work.
