2009 Lexus GS 350 This is my second time i purchased a vehicle from Lexus of London. I live in Kitchener, but was worth the drive to London. very helpful and friendly sales Lexus Of London has many high quality car with good customer service and very nice sales, especially JACK JI , this nice guy speaks both Chinese and English, and Jack has a good customer service and experience which can always answer my questions on time. by the way I have bought 2 car from him.

Margaret Stephanie was very professional and friendly. I had good negotiations experience, she was very nice, straight forward, and informative, just one big exception: forgot to give me the ownership. Quite a booboo for me. Fast and Very Courteous Had tome tire pressure problems showing up on the computer on my older Lexus. They took some time and checked all the tires, reset the computer and sent me on my way in 15 minutes with complimentary service.
Impressive Service This is my first Lexus and I am certainly impressed with the quality of service I received at this dealership. Sue Vincent was very down to earth and approachable as a salesperson and I didn't feel pressured. She was informative and if she didn't know something, she found someone who did!
