Very helpful, answered questions and provided reasonable and clear options that met the requirements I provided.
I appreciated the manner in which I was looked after during my recent visit to the dealership to have my winter tires removed. Although I was earlier for my appointment I was taken in right away. I have a credit card type key with a low battery and that was replaced and car returned in a reasonable time and cleaned inside and out. Several individuals in the dealership spoke to me by name while I waited and I had a latte and a snack. Very satisfied.
Lexus of London is a model dealership, starting with the dealership premise all the way to it's staff. Although we did not buy a vehicle from Gentrit Raka (as we were looking for a very specific used Lexus), he worked hard trying to locate one. I will look forward to dealing with Gent in the future.
