My experience with Lexus of London was a great one. I already knew which model I wanted but Product Adviser Genrit took us ‘under his wing’ and helped us through the process of picking options and colours as well as discussing ‘a deal’ and showing financing options. Financial Services Manager then assisted with ease that with that end of my purchase and on pick up day Brenden gave me a very detailed tutorial on all the many, many things my new vehicle can do.
