Our Sales Advisor Gentrit Raka was excellent. 5 stars plus! He managed to fit us in, even though we did not have an appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the various packages. First time coming to Lexus for service for my 2007 ES350 (which is new to me last month) and I was surprised that Shanna Mcquarrie took the time to get to know me and my expectations, my concerns and what coffee I like. She gave me a detailed summary of what my service would be, the cost and the time needed. I was shopping for a Lexus nx350 H. I was fortunate enough to call Lexus of London and even more fortunate connection with RICK WATSON. No sales pressure at all. Just straight honest answers. The Lexus London experience was suberb from sales to parts to finance. Even the driver that delivered my care was on time and organized.
