Very friendly and knowledgeable. I very much enjoyed my experience at Lexus. The staff was very informative and friendly many great suggestions on upgrades. While deciding on a vehicle Lexus is definitely a top contender.

A pleasant experience We leased a vehicle here six years ago and bought back the 2013 RX350 and still enjoy it today. Always got excellent service from Romeo. We met Sue Vincent who closed the sale on a 2018 RX350 which we are waiting to be delivered. We found Susan to be very knowledgable and professional and pleasant to deal with.

Rick is the man Made appointments all over the city to find a new car, went to bmw,acura and mercedes before going to Lexus-BIG MISTAKE!! Rick was the best by far! Was on time for my appointment, had the car ready to go and gave me an hour for my test drive. Which I understand is something you would expect from any dealership, but was not my experience on Londons automile. RCF Rims Install on GS350 Henry Gao, Adam Mann, and Andy Ziegler did an excellent job with facilitating this install of RCF Wheels on my GS350. The wheels are fantastic. They ordered custom spacers in order for the wheels to fit perfectly.
My First Lexus!!!!! I have never owned a Lexus before and this will be my first!! The sales staff went above and beyond and I got to focus on the car instead if the sales process.
