Larry was amazing saleperson especially coming to view a vehicle from over 200kms away. He was very helpful as well as an awesome staff. I walked to the dealership and was greeted by an fabulous receptionist as well that made me feel very welcomed. My experience with whole dealership was A+. The staff at the dealership are very personable, professional and helpful. The Product Advisor I worked with, Lisa Ali, was amazing. She answered all my questions, was very patient as I asked for several changes to the financing options, and very knowledgeable about the Lexus during the test drive. The Senior Sales Manager, Stephanie came over to introduce herself and offer additional information. Although I haven't purchased the vehicle yet, due to high financing rates, I will consider it in the future, should rates drop.

Great dealership. This is our second Lexus bought at this dealership in 5 years. Great experience. Everyone is warm and friendly as soon as you walk in. Easy process to get you in the right vehicle.
