After one year and a half of coming to this dealership from Oakville I finally had a nice salesperson approach me with a kind smile and friendly words...Lisa Ali. Before this encounter only Dale from service gave me the time of day whom is great!!! I was convinced if I was to trade in any of my two vehicles I would go back to Oakville since they are all friendly and approachable.
