RX Lexus Experience Had a couple test drives of Lexus products mostly the RX SUV and NX models. Both cars were great and the turbo 2.0 NX was a great sporty car-look. Kevin Gittens the product specialist answered all the questions we had and was friendly, professional and pleasure to work with. Would recommend Kevin and dealership to anyone looking for a Lexus. Purchased of RX350 Excellent service, the Lexus of London team made this purchase super easy. they went above and beyond to get the car ready for me in one day after the purchase agreement, since this car was needed for an anniversary gift the next day and Lexus team made it happen. The perfect vehicle for me! Tom Hiscott and the team at Lexus of London helped me drive off the lot in a UX 250h. Since I’m 5’1” with small feet, I needed a car that fit me. This is the first vehicle in awhile that allows me to raise the seat and still let my foot rest on the floor while driving. Lexus of London works as a team to make sure you are knowledgeable about every aspect of purchasing and driving the vehicle. A+ customer service Dealt with her over the phone regarding a preowned rx350 She was able to assist me with my corolla trade in and go through the whole paperwork procedure very quick without wasting any time She thought outside the box and took the initiative to help setup the payments that would suit me without giving me even the chance to ask for it!! Excellent service, quality product, and price London Lexus is pleasantly cost competitive, I purchased 4 summer tires for the same sale price at COSTCO. The headlight on my wife’s car was replaced over a year go by a body shop. It stared to get humidity inside the light. It’s not cheap to replace it and it wasn’t under any warranty. I called the manager and after a review of what happened he agreed to replace it for just the cost of the labour. I felt this was above and beyond the top customer care.
