Outstanding customer service. Helen K. Tom gave us outstanding customer service. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Tom helped us choose the correct model to suit our needs. He was genuinely friendly and happy to help us make the right decision. He made our purchase a very enjoyable experience. Out standing service! Kevin was genuinely helpful, friendly and energetic. He spent a lot of time with us giving all the minute details of the vehicles that we were interested in. Heat shield Repair Rattling for a month. Called Lexus and they told me that it was probably a heat shield. They fit me in that day and the best part - it only cost me $40 for the repair. Cheaper than my oil changes.
