An upsetting defect handled in a most satisfactory manner One year after purchasing my 3rd Lexus RX (used 2015 RX350), the multi-function display failed at 92K KM and exactly on the last day of the 4 year warranty period. This is a very, very expensive repair. Meeting with the service manager Adam McCallum, he agreed to look into what he could do to address the issue and cost. very positive Larry was very polite and patient thruout the entire time that me and my friends are there at the dealership. He was knowledgable about the products and was able to give professional advice to my friends and helped them get the car they wanted. He was also very accommodating when it comes to coordinating for test drives as well as when and how to pick up the vehicle after my friends made the purchase.
