Since I drove from Kitchener to the London dealership and received a most welcome salesperson who was prompt and very knowledgeable of their line of vehicles made the whole purchase very satisfying. I have been a loyal BMW customer since 2003 with 3 vehicles purchased despite the consistent negative experience in their service department. Excellent buying experience. Must say it was an excellent experience from the initial web contact right to the car pickup day. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. To my surprise I was offered to test drive my car for a day. Keep in mind that this entire transaction took place during the difficult time that we all are going trough. Very good experience with Sue Unfortunately had to replace our current vehicle during covid times, so it was not easy. Sue was amazing to deal with during these times. Was not pushy, answered any questions we had with the best of her knowledge, gave us time alone to discuss our purchase before we decided to go ahead.
