Great People Biggest problem I have with them (and I expect this may be a standard ) is there reluctance to try repair any part, even if lubrication would fix it .The price of parts is exorbitant .
Didn’t use service centre. Rick was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Didn’t feel pressured at all. When we told him what we were looking for he came through and called us sending information on the car as well.
They are very friendly, and response with a good manner. I went there twice and was treated very well. The price is below the market price.

RX 350 The Lexus dealership in London was the place that I selected to buy my car and i must say overall it was a good car buying experience. First time I’ve bought a used car at a dealership, but it was easily my best car buying experience. Kevin made the purchase of my Subaru WRX a breeze, addressed my concerns and made the test drive, trade in and paperwork process all very friendly and efficient.
