Lexus of London provided us with amazing service when purchasing a new 2020 Lexus. We worked with Rick Watson, and he was very easy to work with. He had no problem allowing us to test drive the different models we we’re interested in, and was really amazing when we finally decided on a vehicle. We then worked with both Rick and Chris Pinelli on finalizing the deal. The service was incredible and we are very happy with the service provided. We have not had service like this at any other dealership.
Our second Lexus but first brand new vehicle ever The one we traded in on this purchase/lease was a 17 year old Lexus ES 300 that still had lots of life in it, However we were ready to make the switch to a hybrid crossover and felt the UX 250h was perfect for us. Sue and Lauren both did an excellent job of guiding us through this, answering our numerous questions about the vehicle and the leasing process. The fact that this took place during the COVID-19 pandemic made their service all the more exemplary.
