Always reliable and courteous when dealing with Lexus of London. Karen was typical of my dealings over the past 17 years. I still own two Lexus vehicles, in large part because of confidence in the dealership.
Dale greeted me on time and completed all the necessary “paperwork” explaining what needed to be done. He later called me at home to inform me that my car was ready for pickup. I was able to have a loner car for the morning. Karen served me immediately when I returned and assisted me in meeting Sue Vincent. All very efficient with no inconvenience to me. The car was was appreciated. Thank you.

I am 90 years old and only able to walk with the help of 2 walking sticks. I was helped to my chair so I wouldn't slip on the polished showroom floor and also helped to my car so I wouldn't slip on the frozen parking lot. This is exceptional service.
My Lexus made it in time before weather change for snow tyres to be fitted on Thursday. Snow fell Saturday. As always the attention given to me and my car was exemplary.
