I went in to purchase my first car from Lexus of London in August for my 25th birthday. Prior to visiting this dealership I had dealt with 7 other dealerships. A lot of pushy sales people, sales people who though I couldn't afford a luxury car because of my age and maybe because I was a woman. Excellent service. Very well organised and clean. Easy to get appointment. Explain the work that will be done and price . Give me options. We u got my car was very clean inside and outside.
I love Lexus, always have good service. I was disappointed that day !!! My service was a simple light bulb change which would have only been 40 minutes , but I was there for 2 hrs. other than that it was a pleasant visit
