Excellent service! You really need to amend this section "Your review needs to be at least 25 words long" because a person can not submit their remarks if there is not 25 words. I just needed two!
Front office staff are friendly and personable. However the service workers are inept and should not be allowed access to cars without supervision.The work listed on the work order is not necessarily completed.Unfortunately if service work is not done at the dealership, warranty problems are sure to arise. This ensures that customers return to shoddy treatment instead of looking for reliable work

I recently purchased a 2020 Lexus and I love it! I previously owned a 2008 model RX 350 and decided to upgrade. Sue was very accommodating and patient while I test drove a few. When I found my favourite Sue arranged the addition of a roof rack and trailer hitch. Exceptional and professional service! Also Jordan was EXTREMELY helpful and patient showing me how to navigate the setup inside. Thank you so much! I’m very happy with everything Sue arranged for me.
I was pleasantly surprised at the Lexus dealership when shopping for a used vehicle for the first time. Their used vehicle stock was very competitively priced.
