In 2015, a spur of the moment visit turned into the best sales experience ever. My wife and I deal with Karen. She has years of experience and thus knowledgeable on car mechanics and maintenance. She describes what the problem is or what should be done to maintain our cars. We’ve bought 4 ES models and a Toyota and have found that they have a small fraction of the repair costs of other car manufacturers.
